MICHA is a young artist determined to blur the boundaries between pop, alternative, and singer-songwriter music. With a vocal tone somewhere between Bill Withers and Dermot Kennedy, he makes a powerful impression using only his guitar. The core of his songwriting lies in his carefully crafted and honest lyrics. MICHA chose to write his songs in Nashville with the help of several outstanding songwriting talents, and his hard work can be heard on his debut EP, released in the spring of 2024 and rewarded with over 500,000 streams. In the spring of 2025, MICHA will appear in the new TV program The Headliner.

In 2023, MICHA was selected for Popronde and performed 25 shows during the tour. After Popronde, he kept the momentum going and played more than 50 shows in his debut year. Highlights include Bevrijdingsfestival Overijssel, Manana Manana, and Valkhof Festival, with the cherry on top being his sold-out EP release show at Hedon Zwolle. Meanwhile, MICHA continues to travel frequently to Nashville, where he is working with his label on his second EP, with the first tracks released in 2025.
