The Cool Quest has performed more than 500 (festival) shows, received extensive airplay, and won several awards. Not only in the Netherlands, but also abroad, they have achieved great success with tours and shows across Europe.

The Cool Quest’s music is characterized by its recognizable soulful vocals, genre-bending sound, and influences ranging from hip-hop to indie and alternative pop. After the pandemic, they made a strong return to the live circuit with multiple shows at the Reeperbahn Festival. Their new single ‘PARTY ON THE BLOC’ was released in September 2021 and received airplay on NPO 3FM, Radio 1, and Radio 10. In February 2022, they were invited to be the house band for NOS Studio Peking during the Winter Olympics. They also performed at two Liberation Festivals and headlined several festivals across the country.

With support from the Hedon Promovendus grant and the UPSTREAM grant, they released new music in the fall of 2022 and spring of 2023. (The first of these, ‘MY LITTLE PIECE OF MIND’, was released on August 26, 2022.) In the fall of 2022, they also toured across the Netherlands.

In 2023, they played at festivals all over Europe and performed in the Netherlands at events such as Zwarte Cross.

Starting in 2025, they will be releasing new music again, going bigger than ever before!
